Coordinated and managed multi-class structured development, including all fundraising, entitlements and multi-layered financing including a 15-year NEZ tax abatement and mezzanine loan. Improvements included elevator replacements, MEP upgrades & replacement, full finish renovation. Completed in 1 year to to assist in NEZ abatement.

Adaptive re-use gut renovation of long vacant office building into 5 apartments and 5, first floor commercial live work spaces. Renovation included full gut-rehab and replacement of building MEP systems, structural components and exterior renovation. Holcomb was the design-builder on the project
