This integration allows us to successfully manage all aspects of our developments on the first day. We are not hampered by the performance of professionals outside our office and have the unique flexibility and manpower to accomplish our projected cost and timing targets. This approach results in reduced risk and improved returns for our investors. We enjoy providing and offering our own developments for investment, managing developments as a fee developer and participating in developments as the Design-Builder.
