The existing buildings will be lovingly restored to preserve its vintage Detroit character while updating it for modern comfort and efficiency. Both concepts will make use of the approximately 2,000 SF of seating and both share the same kitchen and management, allowing efficient use of space and staffing, but each has its own distinct menu and branding appropriate to the time of day. The Shipherd Sandwich Shoppe food menu will be served all day every day that it’s open, while the Seyburn Pub food will be served at dinner and weekends.
