Holcomb Development Co., in partnership with Henry Ford Health, is restoring a fire-damaged historic apartment building in Detroit’s rapidly growing Northwest Goldberg neighborhood. Located adjacent to the new 1,000-bed hospital campus, the redevelopment will transform the structure into 20 modern residential units, blending contemporary amenities with the character of the original architecture. This project not only revives a long-vacant property but also supports the neighborhood’s revitalization, providing high-quality housing that complements ongoing investments in healthcare, infrastructure, and community development in one of Detroit’s most dynamic districts.  Holcomb is also the project architect.
