Holcomb Development Co., in partnership with Timeless Properties, completed the renovation of a 54-unit apartment building in Detroit’s historic Boston-Edison neighborhood, which included the creation of seven additional units. The project secured long-term, low-interest financing and was among the first in the city to benefit from Detroit’s new PILOT (Payment in Lieu of Taxes) tax program. By combining thoughtful updates with the preservation of historic character, the development delivers high-quality housing while supporting affordability and long-term neighborhood stability in one of Detroit’s most storied communities.
